Cultivated insight is the combination of Eric’s solid education and professional experience along with learning life’s lessons as they come. Those lessons provide us with an open door to remarkably overcome what once seemed daunting. His perspective not only lends itself to the unique coupling of skill and smarts but it is based in actual experience that makes a moment with Eric a motivating and genuine beginning to your journey.

From the Heart and Profound Faith, Truth Arises:

In 2002 Saundra and I invested in a company to help a family member open a business.  Working together we contributed capital, advice and actual daily work. After two years running the business with him he had a stroke and leaving us to find a way to rectify over 100k in debt and restructure a company that was losing money.  Over the course of the next several months, through some powerful negotiations, constant prayer and faithfulness to God, we were able to come out of the situation, not only with our debt paid in full but all of our personal debt was eradicated as well.  During the process someone close to us made the statement that they couldn’t believe that I was going to sink after all the hard work I had done.  That mindset was not in me though. I didn’t accept that kind of thinking – we made some strategic investments that paid substantially and allowed us to move beyond the situation.  We now have the strength of knowing that proper planning, good strategy, tenacious attitude, strong mind to keep going and a constant faith in Jesus will allow us to conquer anything that comes our way. This experience solidified our bond and was an excellent learning opportunity. It is because we took a risk and chose to accept the lesson that we find ourselves enriched and refocused today. Without this experience we may not have had the opportunity to grow.
